For this purpose clerkship program of 8 weeks will be mandatory for everyone during which they will learn differential diagnosis related to disease, patient counselling and communication in accordance to the ethical practices as per health care rules.[/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text=”COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES (CLO)” font_container=”tag:h3|text_align:left” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_column_text]CLO: 1. To analyze the patient medication profile (C4).
CLO: 2. To acquire basic knowledge to Communicate with patients and health professionals regarding drug information and therapeutic goals and outcomes (P2).
CLO: 3. To evaluate therapy, interpret and evaluate new prescriptions (C5).

  1. Clerkship in the Clinical Setting. A report Related to Clinical Pharmacy Practices will be completed by the students and will be evaluated by the external examiner.
  2. Students will also complete a report independently or in a group on a Drug Use Evaluation.
  3. Students will take the assignment tasks to enhance verbal presentation, communication, written and problem-solving skills, critical analysis of data and provision of care through a weekly conference and projects.
