Mr. Ahmer Umer (PhD Scholar FUUAST, Pakistan)

Mr. Ahmer Umer is working as an Assistant Professors and Controller of Examination at Mohammad Ali Jinnah University. He has completed his BS and MS degree from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, pursuing PhD from FUUAST. He has multi-dimensional experience of work in Industry, Academia, Management and Consultancy in different sectors and having produced significant results in achieving the goals.

Muhammad Ibrahim Shamsi

Mr. M. Ibrahim Shamsi is a PhD scholar in the field of Supply Chain Management from Putra Business School, University Putra Malaysia. He earned MBA (Supply Chain Management) & MSc (Statistics) degrees with more than 15 years of teaching experience as full time Teacher in the Department of Statistics, University of Karachi, IQRA University, FAST-National University of Computer and Emerging Science, Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science & Technology-SZABIST and MAJU- Mohammad Ali Jinnah University. Moreover, apart from teaching and research Mr. Shamsi served on various administrative portfolios University, Faculty and Department wise. Such as Focal Person of NBEAC, Coordinator of Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC), Head of Quality Assurance Committee (Management Science Department), Member of Exam Vigilance Committee, Member of Canteen Committee, Member of Students Affairs advisory team, Head of Business Administration Society and QEC representative in various Board of Faculties and Board of Studies meetings. Mr. Shamsi is proud to be a part of such a QEC team who achieved the most awaited and needed milestone.

Mr. Arif is working as faculty member in the department of Management Sciences and Dy Director for ORIC promoting External Linkages, Innovation & Commercialization while being associated with the Office of Research, Innovation, and Commercialization (ORIC) at Muhammad Ali Jinnah University Karachi. He has done his master's from Eastern Illinois University, USA, and MBA from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad. He possesses more than 18 years of diverse experience as a Business Operations expert, Researcher, and Academician.

Ms. Asma Abdul Rahim Chang (PhD Scholar SZABIST, Pakistan)

Asma Chang is a Senior Lecturer at MAJU. She has more than 10 years of professional experience at both national and international level. She earned her MBA degree in Marketing and HRM from University of Management & Technology (UMT), Lahore and is currently pursuing her PhD in Management Science (entrepreneurship) from SZABIST. Prior to teaching, she worked at several organizations in the field of marketing and HR. She has also been part of entrepreneurial projects and startups, and remained a founding member of a successful startup in Islamabad.

Mr. Syed Hassan Aftab (MA UOK, Pakistan)

Mr. Syed Hassan Aftab has been engaged with Mohammad Ali Jinnah University since 2009 as an Assistant Professor. He has done his MA (Advertising and public Relations) from University of Karachi. Prior to joining MAJU, he worked in 3 Major Ad Agencies, including ARY Creative workshop, Bullseye 360 and Prestige Grey. He has experience of several National and International Industry levels.

Mr. Asif Naji is an Assistant Professor at MAJU. He received his MS degree from SZABIST, M. Com (Finance) from University of Karachi, ACMA from ICMAP and is currently enrolled in the PHD in University of Karachi. Mr Asif is also an associate member of Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan. Previously, he served as a Lecturer at Defense Authority Degree College, also has corporate experience of working at AL- Latif Textile as an Accounts Officer.

Dr. Ghulam Muhammad (PhD in HR Transformation)

Dr. Ghulam Muhammad has more than 18 years of experience in Research, Training, Teaching and working as an HR Head. He has done Ph.D in HR, secured a Gold Medal in MS (HR) and Won numerous international Research Grants from HEC. His areas of expertise are HR Analytics, HR Audit and HR transformation. He visited several countries, wrote a book and presented or published 47 research papers in internationally renowned journals and conference proceedings. He also organized national and international conferences. He is involved in conducting and arranging training, workshops and seminars for industry professionals, faculty members, students and the General Public. He worked as a Director Business Research Center and Deputy Director ORIC. He has been involved in social work since 2004. Currently he is Working as an Assistant Professor and HoD, Department of Management Science at Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, Karachi.

Khushnood Khalid

Khushnood Khalid holds MS in Supply Management and has teaching experience in different Universities. He also has 5 years of experience in the Textile Industry as a warehouse in-charge. He also works in another Organization as the admin in-charge. Currently enrolled in PhD from PAF-KIET.

Dr. Junaid Rehman Shaikh

BE (Pakistan), MEM (Australia), MBA (Australia), PhD (Australia) P.ENG (Australia), MAPE (Australia), MPMI (USA), MAIS (USA), MASIS&T (USA) Dr. Junaid is serving as an Assistant Professor at Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, Karachi. He is also the CEO of Knowledge360, a Career Management & Training Consultancy. He received his PhD, MBA and MEM degrees from University of Technology, Sydney Australia and BE (Electronics) degree from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro, Sindh. Dr. Junaid has more than 13 years of national and international experience that spreads across multiple industries as Federal Government Officer, Academic, Project Manager, Researcher and Consultant. His areas of expertise mainly include Public Sector Governance, Higher Education Policy Planning & Development, R&D Promotion, Technology & Innovation Management, Leadership & Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Transformation and Strategic Knowledge Management. He is a HEC & British Council Certified Research Grants Management Specialist and Trainer. Previously, he has worked at HEC, Pakistan wherein he facilitated cutting-edge research through research journal grants and policy regulations in the universities of Pakistan. At University of Technology, Sydney, he served as an Academic and taught technology management and research writing subjects at postgraduate level. He has presented his research at international conferences held in Japan, USA, UK, Australia, Poland & Italy. He has 22 publications which include 2 books and 20 Research Journal/A-ranked Conference Papers. He has also served as a Reviewer for WoS Q1 Impact Factor Journals. Besides, in recognition of his academic achievements, he was conferred upon “Star Laureate Award”, “Accomplish Award” and “SSA Australia Academic Excellence Award”.

Dr. Qamar Abbas (PhD QUST, Pakistan)

Dr. Qamar Abbas is currently serving as an Assistant Professor, an HoD, Department of Marketing, and an Academic Advisor to PhD Management Sciences program at Mohammad Ali Jinnah University. He holds a PhD degree in Management Sciences with focus on Managing Workforce Diversity in Pakistan. He has 8 years of vast experience in academia in different capacities at both public and private universities (National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Iqra National University (INU) and Northern University (NU) Nowshera). He is also a social worker, and has served the community in times of natural disaster back in 2010. He is a keen researcher who strives to promote innovative research work and has greatly contributed to research through his publication both in national and international reputed journals, supervision of MS & PhD theses, chairing the session of research conferences at various universities. He contacted a UK based association, Red Bridge Disabled Women Welfare Association, and successfully got the fund from the association to utilize for the wellbeing of the affected in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
